Iconic Solutions Reviews a Pivotal Moment in Expansion

Leesburg, VA, July 18, 2014 --(PR.com)-- It was a small intimate setting at the Landsdowne Resort, right outside of Washington, DC where President of Iconic Solutions, Courtney Brewington and Lead Account Executive Jessica Corpuel, attended an event where account executives and business owners were given the opportunity to learn valuable industry and business skills.

The conference gave a hand selected group of business owners the chance to share best practices on how to increase productivity within small businesses and expand into new markets for Fortune 500 clients.

Brewington proclaimed it to be one step in the process towards opening their second office this year.

“Our initial plans were to open the second location at the end of our first year,” she said. “This conference helped us readjust those goals and heightened the level of confidence we will need when we expand at the end of this year.”

Corpuel said it was an extremely valuable occasion to network with successful people in the sales and marketing industry.

“Meeting other people allowed me to not only talk about the things I feel I’m doing well, but also get feedback on how to strengthen my mentoring skills and hone my abilities as a coach for people new to the sales industry,” she said.

This event also hosted a crab feast and wine tour of Sunset Hills winery for the attendees, where Corpuel and Brewington were able to let their hair down after each day of learning.

“After wearing suits all day, it was fun to get to know everyone on a more personal level and enjoy some delicious crabs and a cool glass of Chardonnay,” Corpuel said.

Approaching the end of Iconic’s 2nd year, growth plans near with the promotion of an assistant manager around the corner.
