Inkcups Now Creates Advanced Drop Control System v3.2 for XJet Industrial Inkjet Printer
Allows Complete Control over Each Drop of UV Ink.
Danvers, MA, July 23, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Inkcups Now introduces the new Advanced Drop Control System for the XJet industrial inkjet printer. The new system, which can be easily retrofit to the XJet, effectively increases the distance of the LED curing lights away from the print head.
The new system allows variable gloss control software settings that are more flexible than ever before. The added space gives the option of waiting longer to cure, giving the product a clean, glossy look.
The increased control over timing also reduces banding in the printing, giving the product a smooth feel and as consistent a look as possible.
The addition of a small switch also lets the user decide if they want to use either one or both of the LED curing lights, which can give the design either a matte or glossy feel.
The addition of the space also improves protection against nozzle clogging which, in turn, leads to reduced down time.
