Mr. Leonard has tremendous knowledge of DoD overseas operations experience and was responsible for building up the Network Centric and Cyber Security Division to $1.4 billion. Mr. Leonard has also held positions such as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Leonard is affiliated with N.I.U.S.R. and VA.T.C. He obtained a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland in 1984 and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Davenport, England in 1991.
