About April L. Price
Ms. Price is the Town Clerk and Treasurer for the Town of Wilton, Alabama. She is responsible for the day to day operations at the Town Hall. Mrs. Price is the overseer of grants for the Town as well as responsible for managing the Town’s utility system. She also serves as the Municipal Court Clerk for the Town where she handles the processing of tickets, reports, and warrants. Her passion lays in the court system as she feels this is the best place to have the most positive impact on people. She is a past president with the Shelby City Municipal Clerk Association, a member of the Alabama Municipal Revenue Officers Association (A.M.R.O.A.), a member of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (I.I.M.C.) and currently serves as the Treasurer for the Alabama Association of Municipal Clerks and Administrators (A.A.M.C.A.). Ms. Price was born on March 28, 1986 in Carrollton, Alabama to Jimmy and Vicki Latham of Gordo, Alabama. She graduated from Gordo High School and then pursued her dream of attending Auburn University. She is married to Matthew Price and they have 2 boys who attend Thorsby School. In her spare time she enjoys baking and coaching little league baseball. Mrs. Price is a member of Pates Chapel Baptist Church where she serves as Children’s Director. She is an avid supporter of the National Leukemia Foundation as well as Hospice of West Alabama.
