Shelter Management Group (SMG) Adds San Remo Town Home Development to HOA Portfolio

Las Vegas, NV, July 31, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Today, Shelter Management Group (SMG) has announced the San Remo Town Home Development in Las Vegas, Nevada has contracted with its firm for community association management services. This development consists of 81 individual town home units and is located on the east side of Las Vegas near McLeod Dr. and E. Tropicana Ave.

SMG has selected Jamie Collins as the manager to work on behalf of the San Remo HOA board. Ms. Collins comes with 14 years of HOA management experience and currently holds a supervising community manager certificate through the Nevada Real Estate Division. Collins also holds the CMCA (Certified manager of community associations) and AMS (association management specialist) designations through CAI (Community Association Institute), a nationally recognized organization servicing the community association industry.
