Lynn Ortega Brings Experience, Marketing Skills to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties

Over the course of her 30 years in real estate, Ortega has worked in sales, management and training. Her drive and broad skill set have allowed her to effectively represent many of the most widely respected developers of master planned communities in California and Arizona.

Formerly the vice president of sales and marketing for Davidson Communities, Ortega is proficient with negotiating successful closings and implementing sweeping advertising campaigns. During her time as a high-level executive she was continually awarded for her expertise with sales and marketing.

“I never stop learning and growing,” says Ortega, who furthered her education by studying Business, Marketing and Advertising at SDSU and UCSD. “This is an outgrowth of my love for the real estate industry, and my passion for providing my clients with outstanding results.”

Since relocating from Huntington Beach in 1974, Ortega has lived in Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, and Santa Luz. Together with her husband, she enjoys tennis and ballroom dancing when she isn’t working. They also enjoy philanthropy as they have supported numerous local charities over the years, including Casa de Amparo, the Helen Woodward Animal Center, Voices for Children and the Beach and Country Guild.
