A licensed attorney in the states of California and New York, Maydanik has spent the majority of her career helping major wireless carriers in San Diego and Imperial County with site acquisitions and the leasing of real estate. Though she has enjoyed helping her clients navigate the real estate market and negotiate favorable lease agreements, her decision to become a Realtor was motivated by a desire to work more closely with people.
“I’ve held a strong belief in the value of home ownership for many years, and I’m eager to be a part of that process for my clients,” notes Maydanik. “Working in site acquisitions gave me a solid base of market knowledge and I look forward to sharing that knowledge for the benefit of my clients.”
Maydanik explains that she developed a love for San Diego during her time at the University of San Diego’s School of Law, where she earned a Juris Doctorate degree. She is also a licensed notary. Having lived in Crown Point for the past nine years, Maydanik possesses a complex understanding of San Diego’s recreational opportunities, school districts and neighborhoods.
Originally from Donetsk, Ukraine, Maydanik has also lived in New York and Northern Virginia. Fluent in Russian, she hopes to build a thriving business by providing her clients with an exceptional quality of work and a positive customer service experience. Maydanik likes to spend time with her dogs and explore San Diego’s hiking trails when she isn’t working.
