About Christina Immelman

Christina has more than 28 years of experience in corporate tax, both as a service provider and as an executive. She specializes in providing federal tax consulting to public and private corporations of various size and industries, including mergers and acquisitions, accounting methods, financial products and structures, and cost capitalization. Christina assists with the implementation, disclosure requirements, and ongoing issues of ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes.

Before joining WeiserMazars, Christina was a partner with Big 4 and international accounting firms, where she led national and regional practices including ASC 740 teams. She also served as Director of Corporate Tax for a financial service company and was a special consultant to the South African Revenue Service.

Christina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Pittsburg State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants, and The Chicago Tax Club.
