“We’ve Got Your Back Babe” encourages moms and breastfeeding supporters to team up and meet their personal fitness goals while raising awareness and funds for the breastfeeding cause. This year’s event focuses on identifying and removing breastfeeding roadblocks many expecting moms face; funds raised will be used to reach and educate more expecting mothers on how to navigate the barriers.

The three-month-long campaign begins the first week in August during World Breastfeeding Week and National Breastfeeding Month; “We’ve Got Your Back Babe” will conclude in October to coincide with, Breast Cancer Month. Among its many benefits, breastfeeding lowers risk of breast cancer. Feeding human milk is one of the most important measures to prevent and protect against infections, viruses and illnesses for both babies and mothers.
