Sarah Hashemi Chooses Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties
Newport Beach, CA, August 01, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Regional Vice President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties Scott MacDonald is pleased to announce his newest real estate team member, Sarah Hashemi. “With her background in property management and passion for helping other people achieve their goals, Sarah is an excellent addition to our office,” says MacDonald.
A veteran property manager with over 10 years of experience, Hashemi has cultivated a proven local network of vendors and service providers. Having managed property from San Diego all the way to Los Angeles, she is proficient with addressing tenant issues and concerns, developing renovation plans, and evaluating the market value of specific properties.
Hashemi attended USC and has a master’s degree in Education. Though she enjoyed the 10 years she spent working as a teacher in the Beverly Hills school district, Hashemi transitioned to real estate to combine her affinity for working with people with her love for the industry.
“I am looking forward to the opportunity to help people find a home they will be happy in for many years, and fulfill the dreams of all my clients,” says Hashemi, who is fluent in Farsi.
Born and raised in Newport Beach, Hashemi offers an insider’s perspective about the local real estate market. She is eager about the chance to leverage her research skills and talent for organizing large amounts of information for the benefit of her clients, and believes that her focus on building lasting relationships will make her a success.
Hashemi is an avid supporter of the Susan B. Komen foundation. She enjoys going to concerts, taking barre classes, yoga, dancing and cooking when she isn’t busy working.
