Drain Services Ltd was acquired by Unbloc Drainage Engineers Ltd on 31st July 2014 for an undisclosed sum, led in negotiations by The Camlee Group, the South Manchester based corporate finance boutique. This marks Camlee’s third deal in the space of only 5 weeks.

Founded in 1979 and still under the same ownership, Unbloc combines professional expertise with family-owned ethics, and offers a comprehensive range of services to some of the most prestigious sites across London and the Home Counties.
