An established Bear Brand Ranch resident for 13 years, Yassai is well versed in the Laguna Niguel housing market.

Yassai graduated from USC with a focus on Public Relations and Marketing, from which he built a career in the competitive publishing industry. “My education and experience allows me to think creatively and effectively when selling a property. I enjoy all aspects of real estate sales and have a great eye for staging regardless of the size of the space,” remarks Yassai.

Yassai is also well versed in Spanish and Farsi, having taken the time to travel the world including living in Tehran, Iran for two years. “I find travel helps me understand people and their motivations better. Having had the opportunity to see a variety of cultures and live abroad, I understand the importance of assimilating and becoming grounded in one’s community,” continues Yassai, who has visited over 40 countries.

Outside of real estate, Yassai lends a helping hand to build libraries and orphanages in places like Mexico and Indonesia.
