Mancini Elected to Bonita Springs Area Chamber Board of Directors
Fort Myers, FL, August 15, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Richard Mancini, an attorney in the firm's Bonita Springs office, was elected to the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. The United States Chamber of Commerce awarded the Bonita Springs Chamber with “Five-Star Accreditation,” one of the highest honors bestowed on chambers that support pro-growth and economic policies at the federal, state and local level.
Mancini concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, banking/financial institutions, and mediation and arbitration. He represents clients in complex business disputes, contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, insurance/annuity disputes, as well as real estate litigation and foreclosures. Mancini also handles contested estate and trust matters, breach of fiduciary duty litigation, and represents beneficiaries of estates and trusts. Mancini is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and a FINRA certified arbitrator and represents clients in securities and investor related disputes.
Mancini is very active in the Southwest Florida community. He is the immediate past Chairman of the Bonita Springs/Estero Economic Development Council (BSEEDC) and is currently serving on the BSEEDC Board of Directors as Secretary. Mancini is also past President of the Foundation for the Developmentally Disabled in Naples and now serves on the Foundation’s Advisory Board. He is also active with the Great Dock Canoe Race and Friends of Foster Children of Southwest Florida.
