Shyam Amladi comes with a wealth of experience, having spent his entire career in leading institutions. Shyam Amladi provides the Company vast knowledge, Industry experience and the guidance to align M-Theory Group’s growth with prudent risk management of its assets and manages governance functions within the company. Shyam has an impressive lending history. He recently served as Chief Underwriter for a $25B Southern California financial institution, not only developing, but implementing their loan underwriting and compliance standards. Shyam has also served as Senior Relationship Manager for Lloyds Banking Group’s Western region, and Credit Risk Manager for Bank of America’s middle market lending group, overseeing a $5B portfolio in Chicago, Los Angeles and New York. He co-founded and was President of GMAC’s Structured Finance Group and he teaches Account Management at Commercial Finance Association, an association for banks, finance companies and leasing companies in the US.
