Cushman & Wakefield to Lease Meridian Premier Center in Carrollwood
Tampa, FL, August 16, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Cushman & Wakefield announced today it will handle the leasing of Meridian Premier Center, the former Premier Corporate Centre, at Gunn Highway and Linebaugh Avenue in Carrollwood.
Owned by Meridian Development Group, Meridian Premier Center is undergoing extensive renovations, including the demolition of an obsolete multi-story building to make room for additional parking.
Currently the property offers space in three suites, the largest consisting of 14,787 square feet of space. In all, Meridian Premier Center consists of 103,521 square feet in three buildings on a four-acre site.
Steve Kossoff, managing director of Meridian Development Group, said Meridian Premier Center will offer attractive office space in a very desirable area.
