Elesa SLCK Kit Turns Column Level Indicators Electronic

Metheringham, United Kingdom, August 17, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The popular Elesa HCK column level indicator series between 127mm and 508mm length can now be ordered or retro-fitted with an electronic sensing and control kit. The SLCK kit includes a magnetic float and two off sensors which fit behind the visual column – plus a pair of spacers to distance the unit away from the reservoir. An important feature to prevent ferromagnetic interference with the float.

Installation of the SLCK kit enables control of minimum and maximum level or operation of an alarm/light at the reference positions. This is considered of great interest for example in oil tanks where under or over fill may affect the associated equipment. On larger HCK columns it is also possible to install more than one kit to achieve automatic control of different levels within the system. Visual reading of the HCK scale is not affected by installation of the SLCK magnetic sensors which fit neatly behind the transparent polycarbonate tube and scale.
