Researchers will provide multiple examples of successful wellness champion networks and discuss the common elements that led to building and maintaining effective wellness champion networks across large, dispersed employee populations. These emerging patterns will be examined in the context of the aforementioned research to understand why and how these tactics may have worked and how they can be applied to other employers.
