Hyderabad, India, August 20, 2014 --(PR.com)-- CommLab’s India’s CEO, Mr. RK Prasad addressed participants at the AUTO SCM 2014 Conference about eLearning and leveraging digital technologies for skill development.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Prasad said that “we are living in exponential times and just as other things, the way training is conducted is also changing. So the industry cannot be oblivious of the fact that digital technologies are driving the way we conduct our day to day operations and training as well. As a result, auto manufacturers need to gear themselves to keep pace with the changing training needs.”
In this context, he introduced the fundamental concepts of eLearning – content, design & development and technology, explained how organizations can source content, manage design & development, and deliver quality eLearning courses through technology. The response from the audience was very encouraging, who raised a number of interesting and relevant questions.
