After originally completing the NAPBS Basic FCRA Certification course in 2013, Nichole took the Advanced FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) exam at the 2014 NAPBS mid-year conference this past April in Arlington, Virginia with a successful completion.
The FCRA Advanced Certification is the highest level of certification for background screeners offered by the NAPBS. The Advanced Certification Program is intended for background screening professionals in leadership positions and those who set compliance policy and make compliance decisions for their enterprise. The NAPBS was formed in 2003 to promote ethical business practices, compliance with the FCRA, equal employment opportunity and state and international consumer protection laws relating to the background screening profession.
