Mr. Miller has almost 40 years experience in the construction maintenance engineering field. He is the Safety Manager for Trinity Construction located in Cedar Glen, California which offers construction and engineering services in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Colorado. He specializes in electrical engineering and is responsible for all safety issues and ensuring compliance. Mr. Miller provides safety training and teaches employees safety methods. He also serves as a certified instructor with the American Red Cross. He is affiliated with A.R.C. Mr. Miller is a certified instructor with Mine Safety Health Administration MSHA and has a cooperation with MSHA. He is a volunteer Community Emergency Response Team member for the Town of Apple Valley, CA and Emergency Communication Service member for the Apple Valley Fire District, amateur radio call (KJ6MYV). Mr. Miller was born in Tucson, Arizona and obtained a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Kennedy-Western University in 1985. He is married to Pauline Ray Miller from Bisbee, Arizona and has one daughter Laura and two sons, Douglas and Stephen Miller. Mr. Miller served in the US Army from 1969 - 1975 which included two combat tours in Viet Nam. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal and Presidential Citation for actions in Viet Nam.
