Premier Pools & Spas Continues National Expansion in the Southwest and Southeast
The country’s largest pool builder adds first franchisees from outside the pool industry.
Mesa, AZ, August 24, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Premier Pools Management Corp. (PPMC), franchisor of Premier Pools & Spas, the largest and fastest growing swimming pool company in the country, announced today the signing of franchise agreements in two major swimming pool markets - Atlanta, Georgia and Phoenix, Arizona.
Richard Tracy and Scott Walk, the new franchise owners in Atlanta, have extensive backgrounds in the construction business. Walk has been a Georgia state licensed General Contractor in the building/development industry in Metro Atlanta and throughout the Southeastern US for more than 20 years, focusing on small commercial development and residential new home building. Tracy spent two decades as a General Contractor in North Alabama before relocating to the Florida Panhandle, where he worked designing and building swimming pools for several years.
Ryan Phelps and Ralph Schindler have recently set up their operations in the Phoenix area. Phelps has over 20 years general contracting/construction experience covering new home construction to $10M+ commercial and federal government projects. Schindler is a retired USAF officer with over 25 years’ experience developing and maintaining information and operational security programs for sensitive Department of Defense and Intelligence Community research and development projects.
Schindler brought this business opportunity to Phelps when he learned that Paul Porter, President/CEO of PPMC, was looking for someone to take over operations in Phoenix. Premier had built the Schindler’s pool in 2013 and he was so impressed with the design, construction and quality of the materials that he quickly called Porter to express their interest.
