The Douglas Company Breaks Ground on New Project

Raynham, MA, August 25, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The Douglas Company, a general contractor based out of Holland, Ohio, has started construction on a fifth project for Kaplan Development: an assisted living and memory care facility in Raynham, Massachusetts.

All American Assisted Living at Raynham will house 40 assisted living and 8 memory support units of approximately 48,000 square feet of new construction. Contract value is $7.4 million. When finished, the facility will boast amenities such as a bistro, arts and crafts center, media room, country kitchen, and more. The Douglas Company is proud to again partner with Kaplan Development on this brand new residence for seniors.
