Vikoz Enterprises Closes Major Deal with Plastics Manufacturer
Vikoz Enterprises, one of the largest plastic recycling company in North America, announces major deal with U.S. and Canadian manufacturer of plastic powder, pellets and plant scrap.
Sandy, UT, August 28, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Vikoz Enterprises, one of the largest plastic recycling companies in North America, announced today that the company has reached a long-term deal with a major U.S. and Canadian manufacturer of plastic powder, pellets and plastic scrap.
"This agreement fits perfectly into our long term goal to provide feedstock to our customer base," said a spokesperson for Vikoz. While complete details of the agreement were not available due to contract terms, Vikoz did say that the Sandy, Utah company expects to start receiving loads of plastic feedstock in the next couple of weeks from plants in Canada and Houston, Texas.
The deal between Vikoz and the U.S./Canadian manufacturer runs for one year starting July 1, 2014 and is subject to a 2 year renewal if all goes as expected. Vikoz's partner in this deal maintains plants in both the U.S. and Western Canada and the agreement between them is said to involve approximately 3 - 4 million pounds of mostly LLDPE and HDPE resin, for which Vikoz has deals pending with long time buyers.
Vikoz Enterprises has been in the plastics recycling business for 18 years. The company recycles all grades of plastic and they purchase raw plastic scrap in any form, regrind or resin.
