Mac’s SET the PACE Race Superhero for a Day 5K Run/Walk
Join the Mac’s SET the PACE Race at Washington Park in Denver, CO. This event honors patients, survivors and their family members. Increasing awareness of prostate cancer and the importance of early detection with a fun day of activities for the whole family.
Denver, CO, August 29, 2014 --(PR.com)-- On Sunday, September 7th, Mac’s SET the PACE Race - Be a Superhero for a Day 5k honors patients, survivors and their family members and provides a fun day of activities for the whole family. Hosted by the Prostate Cancer Education Council, proceeds from this event are used for research, to advance early detection tools, and to provide free prostate health exams to men throughout Colorado.
PCEC medical professionals will also be on hand to offer free men's health blood testing, including; PSA, cholesterol, testosterone and glucose.
Celebrate fathers, husbands, sons, and brothers who are patients and survivors of prostate cancer. Interested runners may register at:
