Sweet Grass Dairy Cheese Shop is on the Move
Blue Coop is officially closing and the Sweet Grass Dairy Cheese Shop will be occupying that space early October 2014.
Thomasville, GA, September 04, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Jeremy and Jessica Little know that, like a fine block of cheese, businesses must evolve. Sweet Grass Dairy makes a difficult but thoughtful decision to permanently close Blue Coop restaurant and move the Cheese Shop into that space at 123 South Broad Street.
“Honestly, it’s bittersweet,” states Jessica Little, co-owner of Sweet Grass Dairy. “I am sad to see that the closing of Blue Coop is permanent and not temporary, but am excited to see the opportunities for the growing Cheese Shop.”
The plan is to optimize the best of both worlds. Softening edges of the Blue Coop décor and capturing the comfort of the Cheese Shop. Expansion of the menu will be an evolution over time, but immediate advantages are an approachable full bar, more taps for beer, additional seating, cool a/c and significantly improved restrooms.
Yes, there will be retail cheese, gifts and a variety of hand selected accompaniments. In addition, holiday gift boxes are conveniently available online at www.sweetgrassdairy.com.
“We are able to take what is already great about the Cheese Shop and then capitalize on the opportunities that the Blue Coop space can provide. It is a win/win for everyone,” Co-owner Jeremy says.
The success of Sweet Grass Dairy has relied on the strong support of the Thomasville, GA community. The staff will be the strength behind the smooth transition. “I love our rock star staff, they are great ambassadors for Sweet Grass Dairy, I feel fortunate to have them on our team.” -Jessica
Look for the move to happen around October 1st.
