Author Roselyn Jewell Debuts Her First Thriller, "Degrees of Separation"
Author Roselyn Jewell, who has thus far been known almost entirely for romance, has tried her hand at writing a thriller, and readers may very well find it even better than her romances. It’s called "Degrees of Separation" and features an undercover government organization and a presidential assassination.
Roseville, CA, September 06, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Up until now, Roselyn Jewell has written almost exclusively romance novels, with a couple of books that also fall into the mystery category. Introducing Degrees of Separation, her first thriller and it’s a great one. Of course, it does have an underlying love story in it too, because it just wouldn’t be a Roselyn Jewell novel without a little romance.
Degrees features main characters Victoria and Adrian, who were rivals in college. After graduation, Victoria quickly moved up the ranks in the top secret government organization that she works for. She’s responsible for training the new recruits, and one day she’s surprised to see Adrian is one of her recruits. They resume their rivalry and start to realize that there are actually underlying feelings there on both ends. Just as Victoria thinks she’s ready to get close to Adrian, her superiors want to send him on what will most likely be a suicide mission. Victoria has always put her job first and wholeheartedly believed in the work they do, but now she’s forced to make a choice; should she stand by her job, even if it means losing the man she loves? Or should she fight for the man that just might be the love of her life?
"Degrees of Separation" is approximately165 pages long and is available at Smashwords for $2.99. For a limited time only, readers can purchase Degrees for just $1.49, using coupon code TK46H.
