WordPin - Revolutionary New Way to Express Opinions

Newmarket, Canada, September 06, 2014 --(PR.com)-- In today’s day and age, it is harder to find the truth about any given thing. With paid public opinions, shills, and media corruption; it’s hard to know what to believe. Society is constantly looking for a hub of truth, but when a central authority controls a single broadcasted opinion, it is ineluctable to have a population of one sided bias. It is also popular for those in charge to proclaim two specifically narrow points of views in order for the masses to debate each other rather than stand up against those manipulating them. This is where the famous saying “Divide and Conquer” comes from and it is evident in today’s society whether it be Republican or Democrat, Xbox or PlayStation, Abortion or pro-life etc.

There is a new website called WordPin that allows anyone to be part of the public opinion. Instead of limiting people to certain points of view, now it is possible to have a balanced and honest mainstream consensus about something. The website works much like a poll, but with custom and unlimited options.

It is very simple to submit your opinion to WordPin; you just have to select a word to describe a noun. The most popular “one word” descriptions will make it to the top of the list for that item. If you find that one word is not enough to express yourself, then you can always leave a fully written comment on the page. If can’t find something you are looking for, simply click “Add Item” and type the title of the item. If you typed “iPhone”, a summary and photo about the iPhone will be instantly added to the website and ready for people to submit opinions.

This opens up the door to see how the majority perceives an individual, object or place and how that changes over time. There have always been organizations that keep track of the facts, but never about true mass opinions. As the world becomes more unified, it is important to keep true opinions apparent, instead of allowing venal or arbitrary ones to be seen by the most eyes.

WordPin has just launched this year (July 2014), and in order to succeed and fulfill it’s purpose, it requires that as many people as possible submit their opinions about as many things as possible. There is no censorship of opinions, because in doing so, it would defeat the entire purpose of the website. WordPin also allows for anonymous opinions to be posted, to ensure security of the users. To give a comedic example, so far 34 people have described Kanye West as a Fish, which of course pays tribute to the classic and controversial South Park episode.

Of course, the website has much potential and doesn’t stop at just displaying the most popular opinions about certain things. You may also pick any word and see what is most associated with that word. A word like “amazing” might display Spider-man as the top item, or anything else which people used “amazing” to describe. There will always be plans to take this idea further to preserve honest opinions among people. Stop voting for things that will end up being manipulated, start voting for your opinion.
