Varvel SpA, a long-established Bologna-based mechanical company specialised in designing and producing gearboxes and speed variators, joins Farete 2014, a convention dedicated to Italian entrepreneurship, taking places in Bologna on September 8 to 9.
Bologna, Italy, September 07, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Varvel SpA, a long-standing Bologna-based mechanical company designing and producing gearboxes and speed variators for nearly sixty years, will join Farete 2014, a national convention dedicated to Italian entrepreneurship, organized by Unindustria Bologna in partnership with Legacoop Bologna. The 2014 edition, taking place in the Bologna tradeshow district on September 8 to 9, will focus the state-of-the-art of the Italian manufacturing industry worldwide.
Always involved in SME world and especially when related to internationalization, Varvel SpA will be joining the exhibiton to share its know-how, accumulated in years of experience, with the Italian entrepreneurship panorama. The Bologna-based company, in fact, aims at building a network of leading Italian corporations, with the objective of giving new strength to local and national productive infrastructure, especially towards foreign markets.
Several initiatives are scheduled in the two-day convention; among those, Mauro Cominoli, General Manager of Varvel SpA, will join the panel “Abroad recruiting for internalization,” issue arising as a great interest among industry insiders. Mr Cominoli will explain the importance of cross-cultural managers – whose duty is managing a team of different cultures and nationalities – in the economy of internationalization process. This participation will give Varvel SpA’s General Manager the chance to illustrate the not-merely-economic implications arising when entering foreign markets by showing the case of Mgm-Varvel, an India-based joint venture founded in 2010.
