Family Fun & Fitness Day at The Gateway Family YMCA

Union, NJ, September 16, 2014 --(PR.com)-- On September 27, 1-3:30pm The Gateway Family YMCA branches in Elizabeth, Rahway and Union, NJ will celebrate Family Fun & Fitness Day. All branches will be hosting events that are open to the community including family group exercise programs, healthy snacks, nutrition and fitness games, community vendors and CATCH games. The Gateway Family YMCA – Elizabeth Branch is located at 135 Madison Avenue in Elizabeth, Five Points Branch is located at 201 Tucker Avenue in Union, Rahway Branch is located at 1564 Irving Street in Rahway, and Wellness Center Branch is located at 1000 Galloping Hill Road, Union. Family Fun & Fitness Day is designed with activities to engage both the youth and the parent, and is open to all ages.
