Quincy, MA, September 10, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Inc. magazine recently ranked Pharmalogics Recruiting No. 2077 for the 1st time on its 33rd annual Inc. 500|5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. PharmaLogics has been in the retained recruiting business since 2003, but in 2009, PharmaLogics abandoned the traditional antiquated 25% fee recruiting structure and launched its anti-fee recruiting model. This model would allow the company to recruit as an extension of their client’s human resources departments at a fee based on the actual time it takes to make a placement.
