Pharand Art Donates Art to Angels of Children's Cause
P+A Contemporary proudly supports the 11th Annual Angels Ball this September 27th.
Toronto, Canada, September 16, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Free the Children is this year's recipient of the Toronto Earlscourt Rotary Club's charity gala at the Montecassino Hall in Woodbridge and to support this great cause, Pharand Art is donating art for the event's fundraising auction.
Pharand Art's Lynda Pogue provides the original painting entitled Dawning, inspired by a trip to Italy. Montreal-born Pogue is a painter, New York city art magazine writer as well as university lecturer. She belongs in Toronto to the exclusive Heliconian Club in Yorkville. The lucky bidder in the auction will walk away with a 30 x 30" framed, acrylic painting by the charismatic artist - a $2250 value.
The 11th Annual Angels Ball will be hosted by TV news veteran, "Walk of Fame Star" & "Woman of the Year" Christine Bentley, Canada's own Diane Sawyer and a devotee to children's causes such as the Children's Wish Foundation, of which she is an ambassador, just like her work with Habitat for Humanity. Free the Children's Adopt a Village dovetails into her greater concern for the security and welfare of children.
Pharand Art Contemporary is happy to answer the call for art towards this great cause.
