Davorin Kuchan Appointed New CEO of Sparkling Logic, Inc.
Sunnyvale, CA, September 19, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Sparkling Logic today announced the appointment of Davorin Kuchan as their new Chief Executive Officer and member of Board of Directors effective immediately. Kuchan previously held key management positions at Capbridge Ventures, Texas Instruments, Telogy Networks and Neuron Data. He will assume responsibilities immediately and will succeed Carole-Ann Matignon, co-founder of Sparkling Logic, who will continue her role as the Chief Product Officer.

Kuchan brings a wealth of experience to the company both as an entrepreneur and an investor. Previous to Sparkling Logic, Davorin co-founded Capbridge Ventures and has held several management positions at Texas Instruments including managing corporate venture and innovation and running a global EMSI/Flextronics business. He is a global innovation leader, recognized as such on Global Corporate Venturing “Powerlist 100” (2012, 2013) and has founded and managed several technology and consumer product startups.
Earlier in the career, Davorin held strategic management, business development and sales management positions at Telogy Networks (acquired by Texas Instruments), Neuron Data/Blaze SW (IPO in 2000), Saber Software and NuThena systems. A University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business graduate, Kuchan lives in Palo Alto, California with his wife Lucy and their two teenage daughters.
