Some of the site’s features include an area devoted to free legal advice and related blogs, a calendar detailing events and seminars sponsored by TheDealGateway, an anonymous message board where site visitors can collaborate and brainstorm with one another without revealing their identity, and direct links to other related publications.

On the first Tuesday of every month, the site hosts an event called, “The Deal Incubator,” featuring roundtable discussions with attorneys where attendees can seek free legal business advice on prospective deals, investments, ideas and endeavors. The next event takes place on Nov. 6 at 4:00 p.m. at Hertz Schram PC (1760 South Telegraph Rd. in Bloomfield Hills).
Additionally, a guest speaker series will be held every other month to discuss the hottest topics affecting the area. On Sept. 26, Larry Gormezano, manager of the southeastern branch of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Michigan Business Development, helped launched the program with a discussion on “What the Michigan Economic Development Corporation Can Do for You and Your Business.”
