Alisa Latman a Valuable Asset to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties
Irvine, CA, September 21, 2014 --(PR.com)-- James Cameron, manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ Irvine office, is pleased to welcome Alisa Latman to his team. “Alisa has a reputation for providing her clients with honest advice and a wealth of research pertaining to their transactions. Her passion for providing exceptional service and focus on constantly researching market trends makes her an excellent addition to our office,” said Cameron.
Latman is returning to residential sales after the illness of her father necessitated her leaving to run the family business, which is commercial real estate. Utilizing her talent for project management and attention to detail, she has managed everything from triple net leases and remediation efforts to eminent domain situations and traditional purchases and sales.
Previously a licensed agent in the states of California and Arizona, Latman has experience closing a variety of complicated transactions; with lengthy due diligence periods and sales that went as high as $16 million. “I don’t know if I chose this career or it chose me,” jokes Latman. “I look forward to using my creativity and dedication to make a difference in peoples’ lives. My goal is to make each transaction as peaceful and stress-free as possible. This is a very special and emotional part of my clients’ lives and I take my role as an agent extremely seriously.”
Latman attended the Academy of Art in San Francisco, where she studied interior design and architecture. Drawing from that experience, she helps her buyers identify the perfect home to fit their needs and helps her sellers maximize their home’s aesthetic appeal.
The oldest of seven children, Latman’s interest in managing the family business led her to begin her real estate training and education at an early age. An Orange County native who grew up on an orange grove, she is currently pursuing her Senior Real Estate Specialist designation to meet the changing needs of her clients.
Aside from real estate, Latman’s dream is to create a charity for children and families. A couture seamstress who has designed a line of children’s clothing using recycled fabrics, primarily from men’s dress shirts; she also enjoys volunteering to help the local senior population. In her downtime Latman likes to walk her three dogs, play the piano and get her hands dirty in the garden.
Alisa Latman can be contacted through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, at 949.433.9445, or via email at theonealisa@gmail.com.
