Associate Broker Janet Parsons Joins Sarasota, Florida, Office of RE/MAX Alliance Group.
Sarasota, FL, September 22, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Janet Parsons has joined the Sarasota office of RE/MAX Alliance Group as an Associate Broker. She brings more than 30 years of experience, knowledge and passion in guiding customers through all phases of new home ownership, having worked with some of the top developers in the Florida market. Janet strives to build strong relationships with her customers to ensure the best service possible by linking property benefits to customer needs.
Locally, Janet has sold or served in a management capacity in the communities of Village Walk, The Isles and Sandhill Preserve on Palmer Ranch, and IslandWalk of the West Villages in Venice.
Her strong customer service skills have earned her numerous awards for performance and she has a proven track record as a multi-million dollar producer year after year. Within the first half of 2014, she grossed nearly $20 million in sales volume for Sandhill Preserve.
A native of South Jersey, Janet’s passion for sales was sparked growing up in a sales environment. Her father was a very successful manufacturer’s representative for prominent boat companies throughout the Northeast, including Boston Whaler. Janet relocated to Florida and attended Miami Dade College, where she received a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Interior Design. Her customers can not only count on her real estate expertise but also her eye for design.
Janet’s real estate career began in the Miami market (including Coral Gables), Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, St. Lucie West and the Sarasota area. Shortly after earning her real estate broker’s license, she obtained her mortgage broker’s license to enhance her vast real estate knowledge. She worked for Pulte Homes/DiVosta Homes for more than 20 years, where she excelled in various management sales positions.
Janet calls Sarasota home and when she is not working with her customers, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, biking, jogging, kayaking, boating, theater, cooking, and dancing. She has won a bronze award at the U.S. National Ballroom Championships.
