Benefits Consulting Firm Recognized By State Publication For Second Consecutive Year For Family-Friendly Environment

Each year, Carolina Parent magazine recognizes 50 companies and organizations for their exemplary dedication to a family-friendly work culture. The publication recognized HCW for the company’s distinctive and extensive policies and programs for its working parents. This is the second consecutive year that HCW has been named a Family-Friendly 50 Award winner.
Among recent changes at HCW are a revamped wellness program that features biometric screenings, health assessments, and flu shot clinics that are open to employees and their families. In addition, the firm offers a health advocate program, which is a concierge hotline that employees can use to manage their personal and family medical issues conveniently.
