Mediastinct, a global ad network, has acquired SEMP.com as part of its expansion in the digital advertising sector.

SEMP.com will function as the sister concern of Mediastinct and will create a marketplace for advertisers providing leverage on the recently acquired 350+ company-owned and operated premium properties, extended to 1000+-publisher sites network.
