Climaveneta introduces WTA, the new packaged fresh air unit featuring advanced technical and structural features that brings premium efficiency and highest comfort to the building.
Bassano del Grappa, Vicenza, Italy, September 28, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Climaveneta’s 40 years of experience in providing high efficiency, sustainable HVAC & HPAC solutions, has lead to the development of the WTA, the fresh air solution for air treatment and purification that can be easily integrated with either hydronic or direct expansion systems, proving customers with a modern versatile solution for different kinds of applications such as office buildings, schools, hospitals and retail buildings.
Built to ensure at the same time the highest efficiency and perfect comfort into the environment, the WTA smartly combines both an active and static heat recovery, exploiting the expulsion air as a precious energy source. Instead of using the outdoor air as an exchange source, the coil makes use of the indoor air that has a more suitable temperature. This allows the WTA to work more easily with favourable condensing and evaporating temperatures, delivering great advantages in terms of reduced energy consumption.
All the units incorporate smart control logics and advanced technical components with high-capacity adjustment in order to perfectly answer changing thermal and renewal air requirements. The inverter driven compressors have been chosen to continuously modulate the thermal capacity and deliver exactly the required power, keeping the supply temperature constant with zero energy waste. For the air circulation, on the other hand, the WTA comes with EC plug fans, particularly renowned for their high reliability and good performance within a wide operating range.
To further increase the unit efficiency, the static crossed flow recuperator features a dedicated by-pass damper that is particularly useful with mild weather. When outdoor air temperatures get low and are very close to the expulsion air temperature, it is more convenient to by-pass the cross-flow recuperator, thus decreasing the energy expense.
The new fresh air range package offers a choice of 9 sizes ranging from 2100 to 12600 m3/h. Additional energy-saving accessories, such as the protection coil treatment and the pre-treatment water coil, are offered to meet further specific requirements.
