Husband-and-Wife Realtor Team Mart Solu and Jill Berg Join RE/MAX Alliance Group in Sarasota, Florida.
Sarasota, FL, October 02, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Husband-and-wife Realtor team Mart Solu and Jill Berg have joined the RE/MAX Alliance Group Sarasota office. They return to RE/MAX Alliance Group after two years with another real estate firm. They specialize in residential real estate, waterfront property and relocation clients.
A real estate professional for eight years, Berg is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) specialist and ePRO. She also has earned the OwnAmerica Investment Certification (OICP). She has a background in advertising and marketing, and ran her own Miami-based advertising agency for over 15 years. An Air Force brat who lived all over the United States as well as Bitburgh, Germany, she graduated from Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana, with a bachelor's in marketing and graphic design.
Solu has been a real estate professional in Sarasota since 2005. He is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Solu has a background in the restaurant industry and was the former owner of Broken Egg Restaurant on Siesta Key as well as a string of sports bars in Toronto, Canada. A native of Toronto, he has spent the majority of his career in the service industry and feels his experience there lends itself well to his real estate career.
Berg and Solu are big supporters of Sarasota’s culinary scene, creating and hosting SarasotaFoodies.com, a popular blog that promotes locally owned restaurants and events in Sarasota.
