New HOA’s include three new commercial accounts, and a wide range of detached homes and condominium communities covering most of Southern California from Long Beach to Dana Point making it the fastest growing firm in Orange County.

Other recent wins include Associations in Coto de Caza, Rancho Santa Margarita, Lake Forest, Tustin, Aliso Viejo, San Juan Capistrano, Long Beach and Dana Point – for a total of 34 new associations for the year.
PowerStone also announced that Melissa Jacobsen was promoted to Community Manager. According to Debbie Evans, COO: “Melissa is a very capable and personable problem solver for our clients and definitely is ready for her new position.”
New hires include Marc Bordonali as Community Manager and Marie Wigler as Associate Manager.
