Freebiumsultants Group Announces New Business Structure and Executive Leadership Appointments

Shenzhen City, China, October 02, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Effective immediately, Freebiumsultants will eliminate their current division structure and simply have four main departments, finance, logistics, marketing, and sales, with each department having its own director. The director of each department will then report to the Chief Operating Officer, who will set the overall direction and strategy for the Company, monitor and deliver results, and optimize resource deployment across the businesses. In addition to the four main departments, the Company will also appoint a member of their executive staff to handle media and public relations.

The latest and updated executive leadership hierarchy include :

Rafael Zeng, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Maryanne Eng, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Board Member.

Phil Clarke, Vice-Chairman and Director of Sales, will have executive oversight of Pandia Ventures Group Co., Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, focusing on businesses and projects in South East Asia.

James Beh, Director of Marketing and Executive Board Member, will have oversight of BDY, a subsidiary of the Company, focusing on businesses and projects in Mainland China.

Andie Lau, Director of Logistics, will serve as the Personal Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, as well as take charge of media and public relations.

Queenie Lin, will serve as a Manager in the Sales Department, and have executive oversight of Pandia Park 1, a subsidiary of the Company.

Dorothy Fu, a new member of the Freebiumsultants family, will serve as a Manager in the Logistics Department, and will have executive oversight of the Company’s latest offering, PERF1O.
