Insight Global Donates $20,000 to ALS Association
Atlanta, GA, October 03, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Insight Global, a Staffing Services Company, donated a collective $20,000 to the ALS Association this summer. The company’s branches nationwide were excited to participate in the widespread Ice Bucket Challenge.
Insight Global employees got involved with the campaign, while also spreading awareness of the disease, by dumping buckets of water over the heads of employees across the country. More than 30 Insight Global branches participated around the United States, and quickly challenged other offices to show their support as well.
The ALS Association raised $115 million from the Ice Bucket Challenge throughout the summer from more than three million donors. These funds will help the organization continue to support its mission which focuses on “Leading the fight to treat and cure ALS through global research and nationwide advocacy while also empowering people with Lou Gehrig’s Disease and their families to live fuller lives by providing them with compassionate care and support.”
Insight Global was proud to be part of the outpouring of support this summer.
