PreludeSys Wins Contract with State of Texas HHSC
Irvine, CA, October 11, 2014 --(PR.com)-- PreludeSys announces that it has been selected by the State of Texas, Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) to develop and maintain Portal Authority Workflow Frameworks for the federally mandated Balancing Incentive Program (BIP).
This $3,571,500.00 contract was awarded following a competitive procurement process that included an examination of the technical capabilities of short listed companies and their proposals, and value for the money.
This agreement will provide deliverables-based services, development and maintenance of Workflow Frameworks and act as a Workflow Center of Excellence (CoE).
Development of Workflow Frameworks based on comprehensive portal usability and style guidelines as part of this Workflow CoE will ensure HHSC’s adherence to accessibility standards. Use of the Workflow Frameworks and the establishment of workflow standards developed and maintained as part of this CoE, will advance HHSC towards enterprise technology integration and provide a consistent customer experience as they access agency portals. The workflow frameworks also strengthen the partnership between business and IT, letting business provide feedback and input on user navigation of web portals.
