The FM Team Has Launched New Online Marketing Efforts to Reach More People in Need of FM Real Estate Help
The FM Team launched an online marketing campaign on Wednesday, October 1st. Now with a new website and marketing team, the FM Team will be better equipped to help their customers and reach out to others in need of Fargo-Moorehead real estate services.
Fargo-Moorehead, ND, October 15, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The FM Team is owned by Jeff Shipley. Jeff has been in real estate for over 10 years and decided to become a real estate agent because of his background of flipping houses with his family. Since he was young he’s had an interest in investing – both buying and selling. He also enjoys the opportunity to help others invest in homes.
Jeff primarily works with investment and commercial real estate transactions in the Fargo-Moorehead area. Jeff’s real estate team, the FM Team, is strictly real estate focused. The FM real estate team service every different kind of FM real estate transactions. They provide services to home sellers and buyers. The FM team helps a lot of first time home buyers as there are many great colleges in this area. The FM Team also works with a lot of new construction because of the current growth that the Fargo-Moorehead area is experiencing.
Currently the FM team has 8 FM real estate agents with 4 admin. Their FM real estate agents’ average price range for the homes they help sell and buy is $150,000-$250,000. They mostly work in Fargo, West Fargo, and Moorehead.
