J.P. Turner’s Ronald Eiger Sponsors Team for Local Race

Lake Mary, FL, October 12, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Ronald Eiger, a J.P. Turner financial advisor, has sponsored a team that competed in the 1 Step Can Make A Difference Climb for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation on September, 27.

The Orlando Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation held its 5th annual year of going vertical to cure cystic fibrosis on Saturday, September 27. The event involved climbing 28 floors and 512 stairs to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Participants were able to register as individuals or compete as a team. Once participants reached the top of the Marriott World Center North Tower in Orlando, the climbers celebrated with food, drinks and entertainment.

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is a nonprofit donor-supported organization dedicated to attacking cystic fibrosis at every angle. The foundation funds more cystic fibrosis research than any other organization, and nearly every cystic fibrosis dug available today is made possible because of the foundation’s support. The focus of the foundation is to support the development of new medications to fight the disease, improve the quality of life for those with cystic fibrosis and ultimately to find a cure. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has 70 chapter and branch offices across the country that work diligently to raise funds to help support the search for a cure.
