Terra Site Constructors, LLC Expands and Celebrates One Year Anniversary
Virginia-based Specialty Construction Firm acquires warehouse and office space to meet increasing work-load.
Front Royal, VA, November 01, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Terra Site Constructors, LLC, a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and a Specialty construction firm servicing clients in the Mid-Atlantic and northeastern states working on wide-ranging public and private projects, has recently acquired additional space to accommodate rapid growth and additional team members.
Terra Site Constructors is very pleased to announce the one-year anniversary of the company. Today, just 12 months later the company has added ten full-time employees and acquired warehouse and office space in Virginia to meet increasing work-load. “Since starting the firm last year, the company has won several projects, the back log is growing and the workload is starting to become more consistent,” explained Babur R. Mian, President and CEO of Terra Site Constructors, LLC. The new space includes approximately 2,000 sq ft of office space and 16,000 sq ft of production/warehouse space and an executive office suite. The new facilities will allow Terra Site Constructors to store the equipment and materials necessary for timely execution of projects as well as allow for hiring of additional staff on an as needed basis.
Having received DBE certification from the Commonwealth of Virginia earlier in the year, the firm also recently received DBE certification from Metropolitan Washington Unified Certification Program (MWUCP) allowing its participation to count towards DBE goals for District of Columbia Department of Transportation (DDOT) and Metropolitan Washington Area Transit Authority (WMATA) projects.
