OFS CEO Rich Napoli Wins NJTC CEO of the Year Award
Alpharetta, GA, October 17, 2014 --(PR.com)-- ObjectFrontier Software (www.objectfrontier.com), a leading provider of software product development services, is pleased to announce its CEO Rich Napoli was named CEO of the Year of a Private Company by the New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC) at their annual CEO of The Year Awards luncheon on Tuesday, October 7, 2014.
The award is presented to a CEO who has demonstrated vision and leadership over several years and has shown an ability to lead and inspire the organization to a new level of growth, achievement or recognition.
In 4 short years as CEO, Rich has guided OFS through a dramatic growth period of over 650%. He has positioned OFS as a leader in software product engineering services, attracting the attention of Forrester Research, Inc. and being mentioned by them in a recent report as among the best in mid-sized product development service providers.
Rich’s focus on software innovation has fostered OFS’ passion of building cutting-edge, revenue-driving digital products for their clients. They are constantly finding new ways to enhance the products they work on to keep their clients at the forefront of the technology race. OFS was among the first to build enterprise mobile apps several years ago, to delve into gamification, to help companies brand themselves through software, and to now use software engineering to help companies with their digital transformation. Some of their latest work includes building a Samsung Smart TV App to accompany a major sporting event broadcast, and their work with the MEAN Stack of technologies – MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS and Node.js – to create digital products that are omni-channel for optimal customer engagement and highly scalable to grow easily with clients’ needs.
Rich is active in his local business community through his work with the Newtown Business Association, the NJTC, as a board member of Edison Ventures, and in helping NJ start-ups with their business plans, contributing his time and talents to cultivating a culture of innovation and encouraging local business growth. Rich also chairs the IT/Software Advisory Board for NJTC, which sets topics for the group that are important for the coming year, and he lobbies in Congress on behalf of NJ’s tech constituents in the annual “Tech Trek” to DC.
Rich was honored with the CEO of the Year Award during a luncheon at the NJTC Leadership Summit on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at the EisnerAmper Conference Center in Iselin, NJ. The event drew much enthusiasm in the regional technology community and honored several individuals with awards for their professional performance and commitment.
