Idox Launches Latest GRANTfinder, RESEARCHconnect and POLICYfinder Service Enhancements
Idox is pleased to announce the release of several new enhancements to its leading funding and policy products.
Manchester, United Kingdom, October 22, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Idox’s attendance at last week’s Higher & Further Education Show 2014 marked the latest milestone in the organisation’s product development calendar.
As Europe’s leading provider of funding and policy information, Idox announced the introduction of a number of new features to its GRANTfinder, RESEARCHconnect and POLICYfinder services – notably the introduction of Workgroups functionality which will allow clients to coordinate workflows and manage information for a project and/or department by creating and managing designated groups of people.
Additional features and benefits included:
• Improving information sharing – making the dissemination of news items more efficient by enabling users to circulate the latest news content (along with appropriate funding information) to individuals or workgroups with just a few clicks.
• Offering a new RESEARCHconnect bulletin – providing research-focused clients with a monthly snapshot of the research funding landscape.
• Enhancing bespoke funding reports – including active hyperlinks to fund titles, external website addresses and email addresses, pointing users directly to funding programmes and providers.
• Expanding the deadlines and Calls listing – offering a list of deadlines and Calls beyond 30 days with the option to show those launched in the last 30, 60 or 90 days. The addition of a new filter here – filter by frequency (the basis on which the funding schemes are open to applications e.g. Annual, Quarterly) – also enables users to generate more focused results.
• Enhancing the funding results functionality – allowing users to select and clear records on a page rather than individual basis and adding additional fund filter options.
