MicroMain Recently Appointed Three Dynamic New Members to Its Board of Directors
As MicroMain strives to remain at the forefront of the maintenance and facility management software industry, the company recently announced the appointment of three dynamic new members to its board of directors.
Austin, TX, October 28, 2014 --(PR.com)-- MicroMain's three newest board members bring immense business experience and knowledge to MicroMain that will prove critical to fulfilling MicroMain’s primary goals and objectives for the future. Some goals include improving scalability to develop software quickly, remaining at the forefront of customer service, and promoting revenue growth.
In pursuit of obtaining these goals, the following new members have recently joined the MicroMain Board of Directors.
Mike Clark is a Principal and Owner of Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services in Dallas, Texas. Since 2000, Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services has become known throughout the southwestern United States as an industry leader in affordable housing management and compliance. Presently, Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services manages over 15,000 units of affordable housing located primarily in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and New Mexico.
Mr. Clark is also currently the President of the Texas Apartment Association (TAA). Mike graduated from High Point University, in High Point, North Carolina.
Janine Sisak currently serves as Senior Vice President/General Counsel of DMA Development Company, LLC, an Austin-based real estate development company that specializes in affordable multifamily housing. In this position, Ms. Sisak structures the financing and manages the development and closing processes for a variety of projects. As General Counsel for DMA, Ms. Sisak handles all legal matters for the firm and manages all partnerships, loan closings and refinances. Additionally, Ms. Sisak handles all asset management responsibilities for DMA Development, working very closely with DMA’s management arm.
Prior to joining DMA, Ms. Sisak was an Employment Law Associate for Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, New York, September 1998 through October 2000. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University, Medford, Massachusetts, where she graduated cum laude in May 1993. In May 1998, she received her Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law, New York, New York, where she was Notes and Articles Editor for the Fordham Law Review. Ms. Sisak is a member of the State Bar of Texas and a Member of the New York Bar Association. Ms. Sisak currently serves on the board of directors of Generous Art Texas, Inc. and the Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers.
Joe Brummer is MicroMain’s President and CEO. Brummer has been with MicroMain since 1999 and has served in various management positions including Executive Vice President and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining MicroMain, Brummer provided executive services in international business development for Grand Adventures Tour & Travel. He also worked for Peck Sims Mueller Advertising in Honolulu, Hawaii. Brummer received a BA from Texas A&M University in 1989.
Brummer’s priorities include increasing customer care, with recognition provided to employees enhancing the customer experience. A cornerstone of the company since its inception, customer care includes dedicated account managers, in-depth support, an annual Users Conference, industry webinars and blogs, and customer-tailored services.
