Cypherbridge® uLoad Install Defender™ Adds Support for NXP LPC18xx
Cypherbridge Systems announces uLoad Install Defender Software Development Kit for NXP LPC18xx Platforms.
Carlsbad, CA, October 27, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Cypherbridge Systems, provider of device connectivity and security software, today announced support for uLoad Install Defender on NXP platforms.
The impacts and cost of malware and data breaches in embedded systems, including payment terminals, continues to rise. Electronic data privacy for mission critical systems, and Personally Identifiable Information (PII), is crucial to the continued rollout and growth of the Internet of Things, or IoT, market.
The uLoad Install Defender Edition SDK, or uLoad-IDE, delivers a robust flexible solution for all vertical market embedded applications including payment systems, SCADA industrial control, building management systems, healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
uLoad-IDE safely installs software updates from network and removable MicroSD and USB flash drives, with anti-cloning and malware blocking protection. The encrypted software update file is authenticated to verify it is both genuine and authorized. The encrypted file can be safely emailed, and is un-hackable if the removable media is lost or stolen.
uLoad-IDE for LPC18xx is based on the industry leading ARM® Keil® MDK-ARM microcontroller development tools for Cortex®-M platforms, and is supported on the Keil MCB1800 Evaluation Board running the high-performance NXP LPC1857 Cortex-M3 SOC.
“We are excited to be working with our key partners NXP and ARM Keil on this latest addition to our device connectivity and security portfolio,” said Steve DeLaney, President of Cypherbridge Systems. “uLoad-IDE typifies our solutions which combine feature utility and secure design. It delivers both product management benefits, while also providing a vital system component for embedded Defense-in-Depth. We look forward to the continued introduction of new solutions, as we execute our long-term growth path to expand our depth of features, protocols, and supported platforms.”
